Branded Stationary

Branded organization letterhead, business cards and envelopes help reinforce your brand consistently. Created with Adobe InDesign in September 2023, research about brand strength helped this design come together for my DJ company. The objective is to reinforce the brand during correspondence with key stakeholders, including prospective clients and organization members.

Mailer

Mailers are still a relevant deliverable. Here are two mailers created in October 2023 with Adobe InDesign for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at The University of Oklahoma. Key stakeholders include a tribal education official and a native high school senior considering OU. The objective is to make aware of the resources the tribal official has access to from the school. The student version aims to inform the diversity at the institution. I enjoyed how functional InDesign is with its block approach.

Social Media Campaign

Social media campaigns are the new mailer. Creating a successful campaign design relies on awareness of the various platform sizes. This campaign focused on prospective clients wanting to add a photobooth to their event. The objective was to persuade them to book, saving $100. The designs were created with Adobe Express in October 2023 for Facebook (header and post), X (header) and Instagram (post). Awareness of the different sizes and placements was challenging with this one.

Newsletter

A newsletter is one of the most used tactics for PR professionals. Most organizations utilize the newsletter to relay important messages and happenings. Reaching critical stakeholders with an engaging grouping of strategically placed images and text helps create a well-designed newsletter—this newsletter for Apple Inc. Designed with Adobe InDesign in October 2023, the news stories and images are courtesy of Apple’s newsroom. The hyphenated text feature of InDesign was learned greatly with this project.

Brochure

Continuing with the Office Of Diversity and Inclusion, these brochures reflect the office’s overall goal: diversity and inclusiveness for the key stakeholder, the student. Keeping in theme with the ‘One’ campaign established by the university, ultimately creating one Tribal Nation. Designed in November 2023 in Adobe InDesign, the brochure offered a learning experience in brochure folds, information gathering and bounding boxes.

Digital Presentation

Presenting with digital publications offers more now than ever. Designed for a presenter who isn’t the creator, in November 2023, this Microsoft PowerPoint presentation for a stakeholder presentation. Sometimes, presenting an idea falls to someone who didn’t create the presentation. Notes are essential in this example.

E-newsletter

E-newsletters are another arrow in the quiver of the PR professional. Although less design intensive than the traditional newsletter, the e-newsletter is just as important. It briefly describes the tiny thumbnails in hopes the reader clicks on the host website link. This e-newsletter from November 2023, designed in Constant Contact for prospective agency clients of Zed Farm Media.

Social Media Strategy

Eôté coffee presented a challenge. Many coffee shops in a small area in downtown OKC surround it. They are a strong, local, familiar brand. How do you separate Eôté from all the rest? This project focused on influencer marketing and a good social strategy. Tony contributed to the SWOT in this project and simulated social media content and the ROI for Eôté.
